Our burgers were inspired by one of the world’s great gourmet burgers, the burger we created at Rockpool Bar & Grill. At Burger Project we are committed to using the best produce and our burgers are made with 100% grass fed beef from Cape Grim in North Western Tasmania, home to the purest air in the world and some of the most pristine pastures on the planet. There are no hormones, no antibiotics, just happy, healthy cows.
With a fast casual setting and relaxed vibe, Burger Project has become the catalyst for our Burger Project Academy; providing us the opportunity to train the next generation of hospitality leaders. Our venues also have a strong focus on environmental sustainability and we proudly support local charities and communities through the Rockpool Foundation.
