Frank was named chief operating officer (COO) for Rockpool Dining Group in February 2017. As COO, Frank oversees Rockpool Dining Group’s venue operations and reporting, procurement and vendor management, occupation health and safety and venue repair and maintenance programs.

Frank brings more than 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry across many segments including premium and casual dining, nightclubs, bars and QSR.

Prior to joining Rockpool Dining Group, Frank managed some of the most dynamic hospitality groups and iconic brands including Wynn Resorts International and China Grill Management. During his tenure with both brands Frank was responsible for operations in the United States, London and Mexico City.
