This philosophy is applied across all dining pillars of the Group. Now with more than 60 venues, we strive to apply these ideals not just across our fine dining restaurants, but through to our casual family restaurants, and our fast casual eateries.
Following the lead of Burger Project, even our fast casual offering is underpinned by slow food values; an idea we are working to extend beyond the produce with our waste practices, recycling and take away packaging, which is sourced with the environment very front of mind. Our vertically integrated beverage import business, Urban Craft Brewing Co., is another part of this puzzle, allowing us to reduce packaging and food miles.
