This philosophy is now being applied across the different pillars in the Rockpool Dining Group. We believe the cornerstone of good cooking is to source the finest produce. Now with more than 50 venues, extending across numerous culinary genres, we can strive to apply these ideals not just our fine dining restaurants, but through to our casual family restaurants, bars, pubs, outdoor venues and our fast casual eateries.
Following the lead of the Burger Project, even our fast food offering is underpinned by slow food values; an idea we are working to extend beyond the produce with our waste practices, recycling and take away packaging sourced with the environment at the forefront of our mind. Our vertically integrated commissary kitchen and brewery is another part of this puzzle, allowing us to reduce packaging and food miles.
