Rosetta Ristorante Melbourne is a sophisticated Italian restaurant by chef Neil Perry featuring a range of classic and modern Italian dishes matched to an extensive list of local and Italian wines.
Our seasonally-driven menu of authentic dishes is inspired by regional Italy, including a selection of meats cooked in our wood fired oven and over our charcoal grill. Pasta is also a major feature of the menu, with Australia’s only professional sfoglina hand-making over 16 different varieties each day, from maccaronara, cavatelli and garganelli, to the more traditional fettuccine, pappardelle and gnocchi.
