Buongiorno or buenos dias? It’s your choice as Fratelli Fresh and El Camino Cantina open for breakfast & brunch
Thursday, 4 August 2016:
If you are looking for a breakfast destination that transports you to another corner of the world, like the cobbled streets of Rome or the river walk of San Antonio, the birthplace of Tex-Mex, then Fratelli Fresh and El Camino Cantina are the best ways to start your day.
In four locations across Sydney and now one in Melbourne, Fratelli Fresh, renowned for doing things the Italian way, is now offering a breakfast menu bursting with fresh ingredients and Italian flair.
Diners can pop in from 7am or 7.30am (depending on location) to enjoy a plate of San Daniele prosciutto fresh figs and stretched Stracciatella di Bufala, dig into freshly baked truffle eggs with a double hit of luxurious Fontina and Mozzarella cheese or enjoy an Italian take on the classic Eggs Benedict, served up bruschetta style – just to name a few.
El Camino Cantina takes a more leisurely approach to the start of the day, because this rock’n’roll establishment in the heart of The Rocks understands that for some of us, Sunday only begins at 11am when the after-after party kicks on.
Introducing a Sunday brunch where guests can enjoy classic Tex-Mex breakfast dishes between 11am-2pm, El Camino Cantina lets diners wash it down with an unlimited number of freshly shaken and frozen Margaritas, or take the edge off the night before with signature Bloody Mary cocktails, house brewed Flamin’ Hellcat XXX and soft drinks.
Munch on huevos rancheros with two sunny side up eggs, black beans, avocado, chorizo, salsa Mexicana, cilantro and ranchero sauce, tuck into a breakfast burrito with scrambled eggs, chorizo, diced potatoes, bacon and Monterey Jack cheese with baby arugula, or take things up a notch and treat yourself to a grilled steak and egg chilaquiles skillet with red chilli corn tortillas and wild mushrooms.
