Spice Temple Sydney General Manager Jamie Cho chalked up eight years with Rockpool Dining Group in November 2020.

From her days as a section waiter at Rockpool on George, then working in the bar and managing the front desk at Rockpool Bar & Grill, before joining Spice Temple as Reservation Manager in 2017, Jamie has tracked an exciting course of career progression and left her mark at each location.

At Spice Temple Jamie progressed from Reservation Manager, to Assistant Manager before assuming the General Manager role in December 2018.

Jamie says she loves working with a smaller team. “We’re like a family,” she says. And after all this time, she is still constantly enthralled by the menu: it’s unique style, spices and the cooking techniques that are required. “The menu and team inspires me all the time,” she says.
