Fratelli Fresh reveals spectacular month-long calendar
Tuesday, 22 October 2018 Fratelli Fresh is dialling up its Italian charm bringing race day revelries, colourful Campari dinners, an exclusive Red Bull collaboration and the return of the fabulous Fratelli Pass to its latest calendar of events and activities.
The Fratelli Pass is back for a second time, after huge demand last year. On Thursday, 25 October the $200 pass will be released, entitling customers who purchase it to one pizza, pasta or salad every day throughout January. Passes will be accepted at all eight Fratelli restaurants located at Alexandria, Bridge Street, Crows Nest, Darling Harbour, Entertainment Quarter, Macquarie Street, Walsh Bay and Westfield CBD, providing diners an exceptional New Year gift to themselves (or someone else) when post-Christmas budgets are tight. Fratelli Fresh Darling Harbour is celebrating race day at its inaugural Melbourne Cup lawn party on Tuesday, 6 November, with bottomless cocktails, live music and DJs, and several outdoor TVs promising prime race viewing. Between 12pm and 3pm, guests can enjoy unlimited beer, wine and prosecco, an outdoor Roman-style pizzeria station and delicious roaming canapes, while an al-fresco gelato stand offers an endless supply of Fratelli’s famous gelato and sorbet. All Fratelli restaurants will celebrate Melbourne Cup with a three-course set menu of traditional favourites ($60pp), in addition to their staple menu offerings. Guests can choose from two additional drinks packages: a $29 package includes two hours of house wine and beer, while a $39 package features prosecco, negronis and espresso martinis. Dust off the aprons for Fratelli’s pizza masterclass at Darling Harbour on Saturday, 10 November, from 1pm to 3pm. Hosted by Fratelli’s expert pizzaiolo, guests will learn the art of pizza making and enjoy the fruits of their labour afterwards. The class costs $99 and includes a glass of house beer, wine or prosecco, Fratelli Fresh apron, pizza recipe card and a portion of hand-made dough to cook at home. Fratelli Fresh Darling Harbour has teamed up with Campari to bring Sydneysiders the ultimate Campari Dinner on Wednesday, 14 November. A three-course menu features Fratelli’s signature antipasti board to start, a main dish of wild mushroom risotto and chocolate orange torta infused with Aperol to finish. Each course is matched with three exquisite Campari cocktails mixed exclusively by a Campari ambassador. Bookings can be made here.
A weekend of spritzes, spaghetti and Formula 1 fun awaits on Saturday, 17 November and Sunday, 18 November, when Fratelli Fresh Darling Harbour partners with Red Bull to celebrate its new Organics range. There will be $10 spritzes, live music and DJ entertainment, and a genuine Formula 1 racing car on display. A pit-stop challenge will see guests test themselves in changing a Formula 1 tyre. A two-hour lunch package is available between 12pm and 2pm, featuring three courses of classic Italian dishes and bottomless Organics spritzes for $79pp.
Fratelli’s latest Long Table Series will take place at Darling Harbour on Saturday, 24 November, from 12pm to 2pm. The sharing menu takes guests on a journey along the Amalfi coast and is designed to highlight the region’s most delicious specialities.
