Rockpool brings premium restaurants to Perth for inaugural Rockpool Quartet Dinner

Tuesday, 6 April 2021: Rockpool Dining Group is bringing its premium restaurants to Perth for the first time to join Rockpool Bar & Grill for The Rockpool Quartet Dinner, available for just one evening during the city’s annual Good Food Month.

On Thursday, 29 April, Rockpool Bar & Grill at Crown Perth will collaborate with renowned Sydney and Melbourne sister restaurants Rosetta Ristorante, Spice Temple and Saké Restaurant & Bar to deliver an exclusive menu showcasing dishes from each premium restaurant and showcasing the very best of West Australian produce.

Rockpool Bar & Grill Executive Chef Corey Costelloe, who oversees the three restaurants in Perth, Sydney and Melbourne, will join Perth Head Chef Ludovic Mulot and chefs from Spice Temple, Rosetta Ristorante and Saké at the inaugural co-hosted chef collaboration.

For one night only, from 6pm, guests can experience the regional Chinese flavours of Spice Temple, the exquisite super-fusion flavours of Saké, the delicate and traditional hand-made pasta of Rosetta, alongside a collection of much-loved, classic dishes from Rockpool Bar & Grill, all featuring stand-out West Australian produce and paired with beautiful West Australian wines.

$145 per person, or $180 per person including matching wines
