At Rockpool Dining Group we are thrilled to be re-opening our restaurants and are doing so with the safety of our guests and team members front of mind.

While we have always had rigorous health and hygiene practices at our restaurants, each venue will undergo a thorough, deep clean prior to re-opening, with enhanced and on-going cleaning measures in place to add an extra layer of safety.

We re-open with a safe-dining pledge to ensure our guests and employees are in the very best of hands:

    1. Safe Dining Training
Pre-opening and on-going training for all team members
    2. Hand Sanitiser
Hand sanitisers located throughout each venue, including back-of-house, for guest and employee convenience
    3. Enhanced Cleaning
Additional cleaning measures in place, including enhanced disinfectant protocols and frequent cleaning of high-touch surfaces and objects
    4. Social Distancing
Fewer tables, at a safe social distance, to accommodate the four square metre rule
    5. Responsible Socialising
Clear signage outlining safe socialising measures, as a reminder to employees and guests
    6. Disposable and Digital Menus
Single-use menus in all restaurants and some digital menus in casual venues
    7. Contactless Payments
Emphasis on cashless transactions in all restaurants and contactless order and pay digital technology in more of our casual restaurants
    8. Conditions of Entry
Follow the conditions of entry in line with Government Regulations which can be viewed HERE

We will continue to adhere to a strict wellness policy and reinforce with team members that they must stay at home if they are showing any signs of illness.

There will be a number of other precautionary measures, however, they will all be seamlessly integrated into service and we envisage there will be little impact on the dining experience, other than adding another layer of safety.

At Rockpool Dining Group we are unwavering in our commitment to quality, community and caring for our guests, employees, and suppliers.

We thank you for your ongoing support and for returning to dine at our restaurants.

We are confident that together we can coax the Australian hospitality industry back to what it was: a vibrant industry, a robust employer, and a world-leader in this dynamic field.

Stay safe,
Rockpool Dining Group
