Rockpool Dining Group brings Sydney’s best happy hours
Monday, 10 December 2018: From cool margaritas and refreshing spritzes to traditional negronis and gin bowls, Rockpool Dining Group restaurants are kick-starting the festive season with some of Sydney’s best value happy hours that include a range of cheap eats or complimentary bites.
Rosetta’s sleek inner-city terrace is the perfect spot for an evening aperitif. Every weekday from 4pm to 7pm, guests enjoy a selection of $12 cocktails, including bellinis, negronis, spritzes and espresso martinis, and $8 wine, beer and prosecco. An enticing bar menu features pizzettes, salumi with pickles and house made focaccia, and other bar snacks ranging from $8 to $16. More information can be found here.
Saké Restaurant & Bar Manly
Newly opened Saké Restaurant & Bar Manly is welcoming summer with Sundowner Sessions featuring $10 Saké spritzes and gin bowls, available Monday to Wednesday from 5pm to 6pm. Guests can also sip on $99 bottles of Veuve Cliquot, while a bar menu features a selection of delicate Japanese dishes for less than $19. Bookings can be made here.
Bar Patrón by Rockpool
Bar Patrón by Rockpool offers one of Sydney’s best views, with even better happy hour specials. Guests can take a seat at the bar and watch the sun set over the Harbour Bridge with $12 classic Patrón margaritas every day from 4pm to 6pm. Unwind with a post-work drink at Spice Temple. Cocktail hour is every weekday from 4pm to 6pm and includes a selection of $12 zodiac cocktails, $9 house wines, and $5 lagers. The Argyle has one of the happiest hours around with $5 drinks across the drinks menu every day, from 5pm to 7pm. Pimms cups, Aperol spritzes, Sailor Jerry rum cocktails, espresso martinis and house beer, wine and spirits are all on offer. Diners can also enjoy complimentary bar snacks with any drink purchase, while a free BBQ each Friday, from 5pm to 7pm, serves up chicken skewers, mini burgers and hotdogs. Happy hour prices aren’t just reserved for drinks at this Italian favourite. In addition to $5 espresso martinis, negronis, Aperol spritz and house beer and wine, guests can enjoy one of Fratelli’s famous Margherita or Diavola pizzas for $5. Available every weekday at all eight Fratelli restaurants from 3pm to 6pm. El Camino Cantina
El Camino Cantina in The Rocks and Manly deliver happiness every weekday from 4pm to 6pm, with $7.50 margaritas, beers, wines and tequilas. Guests can also tuck into complimentary, refillable chips and salsa. Both beloved Tex-Mex institutions also offer a range of daily dining deals, including $2 tacos on Tuesdays; 10-cent chicken wings every Wednesday; half price fajitas on Thursdays; and a $15 burrito and beer lunch special from Monday to Friday. Australia’s best known Bavarian restaurants offer happy hour joy from Monday to Sunday, between 4pm and 7pm. Craft beers, spirits and house wines are all $5, with $1 chicken wings also on offer.
